911 will soon enable transmission of Text, Voice Calls, Videos and Photos

To better serve and respond faster, 911 is now on the go of its project called Next Generation 911 (NG911, enabling the transmission of text messages, voice calls, videos and photos as well as automatic information location during emergencies. This project would definitely help everyone in the community. What do you think?

That's actually pretty neat. I wonder how they'd set all that up with the operators, it could make their job a little more stressful. Hopefully they set this system up soon because it could definitely help a lot of people. I wonder if they could trace your location on a cell phone if you send in a text or video.
