Which heel for the perfect eyeliner and how to do the perfect eyeliner?

I been using it for years, The Eye Makeup Styler from Factory in the color black. It is soft, has a suuuper ink and can be applied great. You can also work so precise, that's very important to me because I am not one for bold eyeliner :-) And I bear down like you are only on the lash, so that's also very good. I wear it on the outer third of the lash and shut it then with a sponge, which is mounted on the other side of the pin, towards the inside out. Looks great, I was approached many times it :-) However, if you do not want to spend as much for it, maybe you should look for a different pen, this fact will cost you around 13 € and (I think) only available at Mueller. Otherwise, I can give you very good the Geleyeliner Mac or Bobbi Brown recommended (costs around 20 €), which are really unique, keep forever (if you get a pot buy need for you ever again to buy a new ^ ^) but you just need a brush for it.
