What's the best cardio exercises to do?

I just came back from vacation like a week ago and I noticed I gained about 10 pounds. All I've been doing on my vacation was eating, and eating, sleeping, watching tv, and relaxing, ohh yeah and eating!!I need to get rid of these extra 10 pounds any suggestions?

For me, I think that walking is the thing that helps me to lose weight the most at the moment. I have tried running in the past but I just get tired within a couple of minutes, and I actually think that I would burn more fat by walking for a couple of hours and just not getting quite as tired as I would if I'd been running instead. So I tend to go out around my town and just walk for hours on end because it is easier to do so than it is to run. I have lost over 4 stone in the past year and I am very proud of that and certainly hope to lose a lot more in the year to come.
