We must eat lots of foods containing high calories and also drink lots of juice containing sugar. We should not do any kind of exercises. We must be free on any kind of tensions and stresses and worries. We must have enough sleep.
Please refer to the discussion that i have started yesterday;

Your tips just sound like a sure-fire way to have a heart attack or blow up like a balloon later in life. Except for having enough sleep, that's a good tip.
Being thin doesn't mean you need to eat unhealthy to fit in. It is NOT inherently unhealthy to be thin, even stick thin. It all depends on your body, your health needs, and your own metabolism. The best and healthiest way for a thin person to gain weight is to maintain a healthy diet, get a good amount of exercise, and to do weight training to increase their muscle mass.

hey, allyoftherain, that is the discussion that i have started and there are many responses. Firstly your sentence " being thin doesn't mean you need to eat unhealthy to fit in". I don't know if it is due to my poor understanding power or very high level English of yours. I think you mean to say that being thin we does not mean to eat unhealthy food and fruits to gain weight or become healthy. If so then, I can't find any where in the discussion saying that we should take unhealthy fruits and foods. If you are wearing spectacles, please clean it and then read it once more. May there is something on spectacles that makes you see "un" before "healthy". Don't think I am so mean. But we need to carry on this way.
I would like to remind about the topic. It is how to gain weight and not how to stay healthy. Gaining weight and staying healthy is completely different. It does not mean that fat people are healthy. Your mind was fully set and was thinking about staying a healthy life and not about gaining weight. You are saying we must maintain healthy diet. That is funny. Healthy diet for gaining weight? Healthy diet is for staying healthy. Gaining weight does not always mean healthy. Good amount of exercise? How do you prove that exercise helps to gain weight? People do exercise and gym to loss weight.
You might have seen those body builders with huge muscles and you might have thought they are fat and they may weigh a lot. It is not. They have great body yet they don't weigh so much as they seem to be.

You should eat a balanced meal but increase your portions. Eat vegetables,fish, milk, chicken, steak, whole eggs, whole grains, and peanut butter. Never forget peanut butter (unless you are allergic). It is important to keep your metabolism active so you bulk up but don't get fat.

My sister and I are both very thin (been accused of never having eaten a donut in my life, which is so untrue). My sister eats all the junk food she wants and never exercises. It doesn't do any good. She's 23 and has never weighed 100 pounds in her life. But, having seen the doctor about it, she's perfectly healthy... just has a lightning fast metabolism. For now.
Don't eat junk food and be lazy! That's just developing nasty habits that will make you really unhealthy in the long run, and if you're like my sister and me... then it won't do any good anyway! Eat a good balanced diet, and get plenty of exercise. Don't go for fat mass, it's hard to loose when your metabolism slows down. And it WILL slow down. Go for muscle mass! Try your hand at some weight-training. That's what made the difference for me.

I've always thought that gaining weight is the easier thing to do than losing it. Eat a lot and don't move a lot. That's the perfect formula for boosting your weight and your probability of getting a heart attack.

Ow!!! It is funny because I am trying to lose some weight right now. hahaha
Well, my sister had this same problem when she was a little younger. So, She went to the doctor and then the doctor said that she had to take some medication. Now she looks a little fat. I think you need to go to the doctor, and be careful with the madication he will give you..
Or you can just eat junk food(what is really bad to your health) and then you will gain weight for sure!
take care!
