What is going on with Zoompanel?

I received an email in June saying they were changing their reward system. I cashed out for an Amazon gift card. I did not receive that gift card because of the changes. They said the new reward system would be up by August. I haven't seen any changes with their reward system except Amazon gift cards are no longer available. I tried emailing them about not receiving the gift card but have yet to receive a response. So anyone know when the changes will be made?
