Arnica Gel works to speed up the healing of bruises. I'd imagine it would help. You can get it at health food stores. Then use the ice and others in conjunction.

Cover and wait is very good... but as far as I know, a hickey is just a bruising of the skin (small capillaries rupturing, etc)... so treat it like a normal bruise: -avoid knocking it -cool and compress it when you first get it to reduce bruise size -some skin cream can't harm! -the following days warm it to help the body disperse the blood. And there's specialist creams to get rid of bruises... But yea, hope that helps - just treat it like a bruise!
