I just read Kazuo Ishiguros book Remains of the day.
Its asplendid book based on post first world war british society. It portrays the life and values of a English Butler.
It touches poignantly the subtleties of a butlers life , love and feelings or rather lack of it.
I would strongly recomend you to read this enriching book. It leaves you satisgied.
My Rating 4/5.

I loved the book and the movie. It was very heartwarming and it truly did leave you with a sense of what they went through in that time line. I whish we still wrote like that and that type of mentality. It was sad in some spots, but it was what made the book don't you agree?
