My tviptc account gone?

I joined this site sometime back but not an active clicker as usual but I do click in intervals but today when wanted to login to click ads I could not login even when clicked the forgot password it says my email does not exists though I have worked with the site and want to have this site in my list as I know its a genuine one.any guesses what happened.
