Most Hated People In The World

Casey Anthony once again made headlines after being dubbed as America's Most Hated Person. She recently topped the list in the Poll of Most Hated People in America.
Number 2 is Spencer Pratt, while the third spot belonged to the Octomom.
The California based Escore Celebrity also listed OJ Simpson, Jon Gosselin, Levi Jhonston, Jesse James, Paris Hilton, Heidi Fleiss and Howard Stern.
I wasn't really surprised of the top 3 spot. Im particularly surprised a bit with Paris' inclusion on the list.
Do you have your own list you wanna share? If this poll was changed to "Most Hated People in the world, who do you think would top the list?
Being from the Philippines, I'm biased to say the entire Arroyo Family.

Im sorry but I don't think I understand what you're trying to say? I just wanna know that if the list was broadened to include the world, who might land on the top. Any ideas?
