How 2 create a facebook fanpage?

Hi mylotters!
I started a facebook fan page to promote my affiliate marketing site but I have no idea how to set it up. I want to post banners and links to refer and make it look interesting. Then how am I supposed to get traffic to my fan page? Is it just by friending people on Facebook or what other ways? Thanks for any responses!

you go to the very bottom of the page, and it'll say create a page and then you can just fill in the blanks from there. Good luck for your business. I hope you get lots of customers to your good products.
