Malling...

I'm not into malling much since I enjoy being at home instead, talk with the plants, bond with ironing board, the ladle & the pans, let my imagination fly through the help of good books and check my emails & updates at FB. However, when I on an official travel and find myself inside a mall, my few favorite spots are the bookstore and the food court (wink). I remembered accompanying a colleague who was with me during a business travel. She's loves to mall and I tagged along, every afternoon after the seminar ended. It was at first exciting to hop from one floor to another and get some few things but spend most of the time window-shopping. This activity went on for a week. She just loves to mall and we visited the same mall from different branches. I was so surprised to find out that she loves to roam around from one floor to the last floor and never got tired. At the end of the week, I got sick from being so tired perhaps and started vomitting. In short, malling stresses me :P

Whenever I go to malls, I always eat first so that I’ll have energy to stroll around. I usually feel hungry after malling but finding out in the end that I already have spent all my money so I always eat first. Then it doesn’t matter already which place I’ll visit next.

Personally for me, it often depends on the amount of $$ that I have to spend at the time, and am I there to pay a bill, or do I have certain things in mind that I am wanting to shop for. Usually though the areas I tend to go to first are usually the Ladies clothing area and look for something new.

I check out the cloth department first too. I like to look at things and buy them if they catch my eye. And after that it's be the food department maybe because we all know food always comes first haha!! And later I like to go to the shoe department and try on shoes.

The first place that I usually enter is a bookstore. Then going from boutiques one by one until I come to the food court. I don't always go on buying just window shopping. I enjoyed walking around the mall specially during times of distress.

well..now that i think about it, i haven't been inside a mall in over 6 months. The reason being is because i want to spend my money but like then again i dont..am i weird or what?! i try to stay out of places like that because it was something my husband told me one day that really hit me in a good way but kinda in a bad way too. he told me to not dissapoint myself or to set myself up for disaster. with me going to the mall and wishfull thinking and all that stuff...its setting myself up for more dissapointment. Y do i say this. I have no style whatsoever! i am boring. its ok! and about handbags...i need them but i dont like them lol! I guess my main #1 reason for not going to the outlet store is because i dont have anyone to go with. my closest family lives an hr away and shes always in study hall and the other siblings live 4hrs away. once i payed someone to go shopping with me..thats the last time ill ever do that lol! but i was just soo very desperate for company i did the one thing ur NOT supposed to do, but it was a lesson learned! but hey, if u were here, we'd go right now! i got money to burn!
