I miss being a student. I only have to worry my grades and my teachers. I have much time to enjoy and do things i want to do. But now? I do have limited time. i worry a lot of things. I can't do things I enjoy for I am so busy working.
I'd like to share the 3 stages of life:
When you are in your teens, you have all the time and energy but no money.
When you a worker, you have the money and energy but no time.
When you get old, you have all the time and money but no energy.
Happy mylotting.

What you said is true, I suppose. I am still a student and still worrying about the grades. So I am not yet missing it. But now, I also have to think about earning, getting a job. The responsibilities are piling up. It is not something I enjoy. I would much rather be carefree and reckless than have all these responsibilities. But that is the way things are and I know I have to step up to make a life of my own.
I am sure going to miss these days pretty soon where I didn't have a care in the world.

I also sometimes miss back when I was a student or a college student
sometimes, we used to feel the weight when a student with multiple tasks from our lecturer or teacher...
but now, I feel the benefits of many of these tasks
task is to train us to better appreciate the time

I hated that time so much and I actually have no emotional energy left because high school took it out of me. I hated being in school, it felt like a jail cell and being around horrible teenagers all day brought me to such a bad state of mind. Teachers were so condescending and thought they were better than everyone, only a few teachers left a good mark on me. I am so glad I'm out of high school and I'm studying online classes to be a medical transcriptionist and I hope that works out. I'm enjoying my time away from that place and I never want to go back. I understand not everyone has such horrible feelings towards their school experience as I do though lol.

If I didn't have to support myself financially, do all the household chores and taking care of my sick mother, I would definitely miss being a student in my teen years! That is probably why I would love to go into full-time study and really enjoy being a full-time student if I have a choice. Btw, I like what you said about the 3 stages of life.:)

You are correct. Student life cannot be come again. In student life we have to spend our time blissful. But unfortunately, it is not happened in fact.

Hi My dear friend, it is really reasonable. I aslo miss my student times, especially the colleage life, I am ambitious and full of dreams at that time, but it is broken after I entered the society, my idea is too simple when I'm in the colleage, but it is full of fun, I miss it.

hello,
Haha you make me laugh and think at the same time because you really have the point. And I really get what you are talking about. LOL I am just a student now and probably I am not enjoying anymore my studies i just want to work. I really want to feel working. Well, you are the same with my sister she graduated this year and now she said to me that she misses so much her studies. If we can only exchange position.

Hi tess. I admire your smart analysis about life. Yeah, i do feel a lot about the things which you shared. It has been time tabled like that.. But we can enjoy our life in the way which we would like to be. Its not a constant. But you see, when we are a teen we do not have money to enjoy. But when we started to earn money, we are not ready to spend our money for enjoyment purpose mostly. Now i am working and having enough money to spend. But like you said, i do not have time to enjoy. But at-least weekends are there to enjoy it as well.
I really miss being a student .. Sometimes i forget my present and i'll go to my past. It was a lovable moments which we had in our teen.

I miss being a student too, the crazy things I did at school, i was almost kicked out in my department because of being so careless and just making college life a playground. But above all, I still passed the Nurse Licensure examination, take ONE! It was help FROM GOD( i love him so much). I actually don't study hard and just got low grades but i did it..

Actually, not really. We are not from a wealthy family so my mother used to give me a little amount of money before going to school. That money is good for fare and food allowance. Sometimes, I skip meal just to save at least twenty pesos a day. I don't buy books if it's not really required. I used to go to library, borrow books and photocopy it. It's much cheaper. Also, clothes and shoes are one of my big problems. i can only buy a new one from my savings or if it is christmas, if i received a gift from my mother or sister. So student life for me is not really full of enjoyment. I sacrificed a lot. The only thing I missed is the companionship with my college classmate. But, now that I'm working, I can buy all the things that I want. Not really all but most of the things that I want. A laptop, cellphone, branded clothes, going to different places etc. By the way, I do not have celphone when I was a student.

I like the last part, the 3 points you mentioned because. Yes, I miss being a student. I miss making term papers, group study and hanging out in the library to check out sources or occasionally doze off in a little corner where the librarian can't see you.lol In some other way, we are still like students in relation to our work. We still have to rush to beat deadlines, research new perspectives and study the best approach to our jobs. They say life is a never ending learning process.
