Last night when we go out to buy foods and stuffs,my dysmenorrhea trigerred and I was really in very severe pain plus I'm dizzy and nauseated. We've waited for our service and it's like years before it came. At home, my friend, a co-nurse quickly get and IV and voltaren and inserted it to me directly. It took few minutes to take effect and then I fall to sleep. Now, I'm fine now. I hate when this happens.

Having dysmenorrhea really feels like hell. I usually take Buscupan plus and put some metholated ointment on my tummy. Then I want to sleep since it will take around 3 hours before it will be gone. If I really can't take it, I usually take mefanic acid. Hot compress also helps me soothe the pain.

I am feeling the pain of dysmenorrhea while reading your post. I hate my monthly period too. Whenever my monthly period is near, I always carry with me a pain reliever because I can't seem to take the pain that long.

Monthly period means dysmenorrhea for me. This has been since the first time I had my period until now. And it comes with so heavy flow that the 1pack (8pcs) is good only for overnight. If my period is 5days, then I have 8 to 10packs! It is like a "monthly disease". At the first day of monthly period, I already take antibiotics and pain reliever. Good for you that you are a nurse and have IV. instant relief! What medicine is voltaren? Is it good for you? I wonder if its available here?
