When I was younger, people are usually perplexed over my given name. Until now, it is prone to misspelling, mispronunciation that I often thought of using my second name so that people would at least know to call me (either personally or impersonally). since my name isn't that popular or well used, I searched the meaning of my name in the internet. It was a common joke in my family that my father literally owned me with my name. I found out that my name means 'goodness'. I was kinda surprised and thought that I should at least live to the meaning of my name. Though 'goodness' is purely subjective, I try to do good things to people as much as possible. I don't impose, just advice. I guess my trying to live with my name makes me create a path for me in life and creates the people that I surround me. In a sense, it shapes who I am and perhaps, who am I becoming. For me, a name isn't just a name. It's an embodiment of a person. Share your the meaning of your name and what it means to you.
