If you are in a multi-cultural company, which boss would you like to have, a Filipino, an Indian national, Chinese, Korean or Americans? Who do you think is the best?

The one who's a better boss. Race, colour, gender and nationality have nothing to do with ability.

possibly correct, but if the ability is being questioned? since, normally one's character is being influenced with where the person was groomed.

Then you're talking about their country and style of education (or more precisely the ideology of the teachers at the establishments they attended) and their chosen implementation of their particular managerial methods, not their nationality.

I don´t think nationality has anything to do with being a good boss. I´d choose the one that is more prepared for the job, including good personality traits so that he treats people with respect.

i have been in a multicultural company.. actually i have had a european boss, i had a filipino boss too.. and a half chinese half filipino boss. I'd say they all have their weaknesses and i think no boss is really perfect. regardless of what their race is.

hi, for me i would still choose a boss which is a Filipino citizen too,i would feel much better, because i have tried once to have a chinese boss and i never felt better because of his attitude who always shouted to me and even to my other co-worker.so that i would never choose again to have a boss like that.
