I really love drinking milk especially when I'm stress and tired. It makes me relax and say "OMG". I can't explain really how I'm feeling when i drink it paired with chocolate cookies. They are such my comfort foods. I'm really thrilled to know what might be your comfort foods. Could you share it to me?

Yummy! I like to eat ice cream too. I love cookies and cream and double dutch. It's very refreshing during very hot season too.
By the way,I've viewed your profile picture. Now i know why you don't want to gain weight. It's very nice to know that in your age you still have a wonderful body.

That's great to hear from you koperty3. Age is just number compared to the feeling of youthfulness - that's the true measure of age. No matter how many birthday's we celebrate, still if we feel young and youthful that's the real deal. If we feel old, our system tends to go with our perception and it makes us look older than the age we have.

I really like to eat milk with cookies too, specially when they are chocolate cookies.
But, my favorite confort food is ice cream, I really feel better when I eat a big cup full of chocolate ice cream with chocolate fudge and cherries.

That would be good for your health of course. I enjoy drinking fruit juices, different kinds. My most favorite is orange juice. I drink ornage juice just about throughout the day. I like the taste, and I believe in the health value too, source of vitamin C.

Your comfort food is a unique one. It's delicious and very nutritious too.
My friend also told me that Vitamin C could also help detoxify fats in the body. I think she's also drinking a least three glasses of lemon juice, one after every meal.

Is that true? Wicked! Does he orders them in one dinning? Or perhaps eat them simultaneously? How about you, do you have any comfort foods you would like to share? Or foods you crave to eat when your depress or stress?
