Best Kind of Birth Control?

What do you think is the most reliable birth control on the market and easiest to use? The pill, the patch, condemns, ect. I actually have a friend who won't use birth control. She says that if God doesn't want her to get pregnant she won't. Myself, I prefer the condemn along with the pill.
