Hi mylotters, I have created an account in paypal. I want to buy some stuff from ebay. But the problem is I cannot add any funds to my account thought my bank account has been verified. I live in India and I do not get the add funds option in my account. I understand this issue is faced by all living outside of USA. Is there any solution to this? Kindly help..
