are smart girls a source of threat to guys ??

do you believe guys feel threatened by smart girls ? if so do you think guys lack self-confidence ?? or is it really hard for a guy to be with an opinionated , independent girl , who is able to make her own decisions , resolve her own problems without being vulnerable ?

why should a guy feel threatened by smart girls? After all guys and girls are one form of being- human being. If we have that as perspective, then no one will feel threatened by other. If a guy is finding hard to be with an opinionated, independent.. and so and so girl, then it is time for the guy to change. He can also develop his mentality, in order for him to be with this girl without any problem. So in conclusion, guy need not be threatened by a smart girl.

it seems like that these days. the aunt of my bf always worried about it because by the time that the guy is close to her and find out what she's been and stuffs the guy seem to turn back. doesnt seem to go on her pace.

If a man cannot handle being with a woman who is intelligent and self assured then HE has the problem and needs to go back to Mommy. It should not be hard for a Man to be around an intelligent woman. It is however, hard for an intelligent woman to be around an ignorant arrogant man.

Why would guys feel threaten by smart gal, it just doesn't make sense. Unless his life is in danger, then a guy will only feel threaten. An opiniated, independent and self confidence girl is no where near to be a threat to guy like me. I am glad to she is self confidence and independent, instead of feeling threaten, i am happy for her possess these traits.
