Many parts of the world are losing important natural resources, such as forests, animals, or clean water. Do you know any natural resources that is disappearing and that needs to be saved.
Many natural resources are disappointed of being wasted in our planet everyday. One of the most important resource we are abusing is our trees. Each year, hundreds of thousands of acres of trees disappear in countries all around the world. In some countries, these trees are used for fuel. In other countries, trees are destroyed to build housing developments and shopping centers. Saving trees have become major cultural and economical issue in many part of the world.
Lets discuss about other resources which we need to protect.

No matter how hard you save (I am not saying that you should not try) there are greedy people out there just taking and wasting as much as they can. I lived on a sailboat for years. I could honestly say that I used less water in a year than most folks used in a couple of months; the same with electric. Since it was a sailboat, I used very little fuel to travel because I DID use the sails everywhere.
It used to be the US that was the largest consumer and polluter...Now it is China. At least the US took steps to protect its environment...China does nothing.
I liked the way Spain did business...When you went to the shops, you had to bring your own containers to carry everything home. Except Milk came in plastic bags, not big bulky wasteful plastic jugs or cartons. They still used bottles instead of plastic and cans. It has probably changed now, but I liked their ideas. I bought milk straight from the goat in the morning as she walked by on the way to the fields for grazing...The herder sold me cheese too.

Yea you are right. People are greedy. They don't think about the future generation. Due to their greediness, they strive to get something and that achievements make them even more greedy.
Yea using papers bags and our own bags instead of plastics bags are great idea. It is implemented here in india too.
People are cutting down tress. Trees are essential to our survival. They are a major part of the process of photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is the process in which green plants use carbon dioxide to produce oxygen and oxygen is something all of us need. The fewer the trees there are , the more carbon dioxide and less oxygen and water. We must nurture the nature..
