My girlfriend has many assignments to do, and I feel really bad for her cos I can't really help out! They're far too difficult for me! She is maybe half way through, but checking facebook all the time and says she's tired... is there anyway that I can help motivate her..?
I thought maybe coffee... hehe, but I need something better than to just wake her up! Please help me MyLotters!!

Well I was going to say get her some coffee not so much for the caffiene effect, but to show that you support her. High protien food and maybe a smoothie. A little sugar with protiene. Oh and maybe just a little chocolate can help. I don't usually go for food but in small quanitess it's not bad. Some music or different music or a show for a break. A shower or a bath helps to right your head and clear out the cob webs. Or how about another FUN project you guys can do during break times so that you have something to look forward too. Like with picutures or taking to show how hare you are working. OR OR play a game on line. I used to do that and it got me going. My brother has all sorts of gaming systems and we would play a game or two and I was fine afterwards. Good luck and God Bless. By the way I like the avatar name; watched the movie and it was great!

Playing her music now! (she's got to work now for the second day on the same thing...)
Playing her some chili peppers... can't stop. Seems appropriate! =)
Video games sound great! But we're at my uni's computing sweet... can't really get anything that she'd like. A shame, cos that's really good! Would work for me anyway! =)
Thanks!

The coffee is not a bad idea and maybe she needs some chocolate, it makes you feel better and gives energy. But I think that it's important for you to show that you really care about her. This is a comfort and she should feel better even you can't give her a real help.
And you can ask her if she has another easy work to get done. It wil be great if you do the dishes and other chores for her.

I always tried to help her with assignments in the past, and it worked great! But this one is too technical for me. =(
Will encourage her, and try and find chocolate! Thanks!

It's hard to motivate someone because I think motivation is inside the person and it's their drive to want to get their stuff done. You could offer her incentives for when she gets her stuff done. Tell her you'll take her to her favorite restaurant or do a fun activity with her for each assignment she gets done. Tell her to take breaks every so often and that will help. I did online classes this summer and I would have to take breaks every once in a while to clear my mind and refresh myself. Good luck to you and your girlfriend!

Haha! Don't worry, she already takes breaks! =P
Hehe, but it's a good thing! It's just that the subject matter that she studies doesn't interest her... the assignment is maybe medium length and she should easily be able to make it, but it's just boring. I think incentives will work... I will have to think of something! =D
Thanks!
