Think of paypal as a bank account of sourts. While it's recommended to verify your account, there is no need to do so in order to earn from websites. Any earnings you make will go directly to paypal, the only down side to an unvarified account is you may incour limits when trying to withdraw. However, you can verify your account in a number of ways. First, you can use a bank account. All you need is a routing number, and an account number (which you can get from any checks, deposit slips or from the bank itself) To verify they will deposit a certain amount into this account (which is yours to keep) and you check your bank and look up the amounts they deposited. It's that simple and painless. Second is credit card. While you stated you don't have a credit card, any card with the four major logos on it are acceptable for this purpose and will be viewed as a credit card. The four main logos are, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Americain Express. If you have a card with any of the four logos on it... you can add it and use it to verify your account. However, as I've stated varification isn't required to receive from online websites. All you need to earn and receive money is an e-mail address. The e-mail address you use to log in, is the e-mail address you give the website to receive payment. Any money you receive will appear in your account balance and can be used to buy things online, or you can do what I did... apply for a PayPal debit card. With this Debit card you can use it where Mastercard is accepted and anything you buy will be deducted from your account balance. It's really that simple.

I think I've read somewhere on the net that you could get your Paypal verified by providing your ID proofs to Paypal costumer (bank account, ID card, passport, etc). Try it as an alternative way. Contact their costumer support describing your need to verify your Paypal account. Good luck.

Isn't it enough just to have a bank account? You don't need to have a credit card to sign up for a paypal account. The only requirement is that paypal must be available in your country. That's what I have been told by customer support staff from paypal. In fact, I have signed for a few paypal accounts without having to verify.

If you don't have an credit card you can link your bank account or debit card to PayPal. In order to have a verified account, PayPal usually makes 2 small transfers in your account and this takes from 2 to 3 business days and you will be asked to enter those amounts when you log in your PayPal account. If the 2 amounts match you have successfully verified your PayPal account. By doing so PayPal will lift the minimum transaction limit on your account.
