What do you think the world would be like without self expression?

To me I think there would be no passion, everything would be boring, there would be no leaders, only followers, Everyones wallpaper for their computer would say this is my wallpaper. It woulb be a pretty boring life. What do you say?

Think of a colony of bees. Each bee is born with the same look and purpose. Before they even emerge in this world, they know their job is to scout for and collect pollen. They look and work the same, have the same amount of instinct and brain in each one, and most die the same. As one unit the bees are effective, but when one looks at it from an individual perspective the bees are quite boring.
This is how humans would be without self expression. We would have the same profession and the same destiny. We would all think and walk life the same. We would all look the same to. In such a uniform would, there would be peace since there is no differences on with to disagree. However the price - losing the spice of life - is much to high.
