help! My computer crashed?

try to re-set your computer. if you little on re-formatting you can do that. but try to save your files to a USB before re-formatting or else you won't recover all your files

This usually happens if your operating system is corrupted. If you still have the Windows Installation Disk, try to perform an Automatic Recovery using the disk. Just boot using the CD the press the key to load the Recovery. Should this fail, I would suggest a clean reinstall of the Windows Software.
