Well I decided since I get so many positive complements about my jewelry to finally just start selling it. So far no buyers which is a little disappointing but I really haven't found many places to advertise them. I've been using craigslist. Now besides esty I found a site I can make and sell my jewelry completely free. But not sure if I like the layout of it. So if I can get any feedback to help me improve it I"d surely be greatful! simplydazzlingshoppe.weebly.com ( for reference) Also I made a facebook page too so people can like me if they like the crafts I make. So far only one like. So... Not sure how to go. And not sure like another discussion said "maybe there being nice" I want the honest true. Straight forward if you like my jewelry tell me if you think it's aweful please tell me you'd be truly doing me a favor. Appreciate it!

There are a few places that people sell their craft things that they make. Some people know people that do the same crafts and there for they buy them from them, also there are a lot of people that have different tastes in things.I would say do not put yourself down and try to have either a sale out side of your house, invite a few friends round for a few nibbles and tell them that it is a craft party, also try Ebay when they have free listings weekends, that way it do not cost a thing, to see if people want to buy the things that you make.

Hi Need! I like the design from this page much better that the one before. The photos are better, but not enough better. They are looking unsharp. Design is right but photos need to be sharp. Also avoid that the tablecloth has wrinkles. It's my opinion honestly. I wish you sucess.

Yea I see that too.. I used a white shirt and honestly I should of ironed it. I completely agree with you. I'm trying to get as sharp as I can with the camera I have not sure what else to do. I put my camera on so it'd take faster pictures to avoid the too shiny factor but still seem to come out a little bit blury... May actually have to go out and buy a new camera .

Thanks for comment. You must take your photos using a tripod in order to avoid any movement. If it isn't expensive you can let a photographer to take the photos. But I guess it could be expensive. Maybe you need a better camera or you know a friend who can lend you a better one. Good luck!

You might wish to sell in a consignment shop to get your "feet wet" and your name out there so that other people will know that you exist. I go to pow wows to sell my Native crafts so you might think about going to shows that sell jewelry. Check some jewelry stores as well as bead stores, they might have some helpful hints for you or might even decide to try to cary your line of jewelry.

They look good but I think you should replace the pictures because they're blurry and I found a hair in one of the pictures. Sometimes people go after the product packaging if they are unsure to purchase the product. Might I suggest silk or velvet clothing if you wish to present them in an elegant way. I like them and don't forget to keep the colors simple and themed. Post your fb link or send me a message of your link. I'll like it.

do not be disappointed about no having any buyers i think it is just that with the economy being so bad right now and so many people getting laid off from work and not having money plays a big part as to why people are not buying right now and jewelry is just not something that people often buy over the internet craigslist is the only website that i have found to sell things on that do not charge you to sell things from the site i am always looking for different ways to sell my crafts that i make i have not thought about a facebook page...something i might have to do

HI… Your items are lovely. I would suggest you get a mannequin head with a neck and a hand to display your jewelry. Try to look at how others display there jewelry. Some use seashells in the background or hang the bracelets on metal stands. Be creative when taking your pictures.. Also, look into selling on Bonanza.com… that is where i have my shop … Calcedonia

The jewelry is beautiful! I also like the set up on your site. I would say just keep trying. Have you tried to list on ebay?
