Beauty Sleep is More than Skin Deep

People nowadays were very conscious about their skin, they tend to but a lot of skin products just to let their skin looks whiter and more glowing. But not all can buy one, But some researches encourages to have a good sleep at night is enough to have healthier skin and its more effective than whitening lotions. Most of modern cosmetics has its corresponding side effects. Rest well tonight and live many happy, healthy tomorrows.

Indeed, sleeping is not just skin deep. It goes beyond the skin. It can even help in prolonging life because the cells have enough rest and time recover from a days work, stress, etc. It can also make you think better ideas and enables you to do things in many positive and productive ways.:-)

Sleep is not just good for the skin but also for the well being of the whole body. I'm not sure though if sleep can help in whitening the skin cause if it does, then i'll be so white right now. i always make sure that i get lots of sleep since it relieves stress from school. i consider sleeping as my hobby. :)

I'm not specifying that beauty sleep is good for the skin only, what I'm pointing is it's more healthier to give more time in sleeping than focusing on the skin whitening or moisturizing. I'm glad to know that your having time to have a good sleep. Just continue on that.
