How to improve your Chest Hair Growth

I am a 17years old person, wanted to increase my chest hair growth to attract more girls. How can we do that? For now i got short hairs in my chest and wanted to increase them. Can you suggest the best way to increase them without side effects?

I am in Italy and Italian males spend more time and thought on waxing it off rather than cultivating it

i have never heard of someone who ask this question. i have a lot of friends who ask on how to totally get rid of their chest hair. so, i am sorry i cannot help you.
