A lot of scams when you tried make money online. Just make sure that you not make any payment for membership (but if you want to upgrade your membership, it's up to you but I don't like it .... it against my own rule) I have some legit sites (I already check it) if you want to join. Interested?

If you are good in article writing, language translation, and audio transcription then I recommend you to join odesk.com, this a legitimate freelance website where you can choose the jobs you want.

There are scams so be careful. If you have something like McAfee site advisor on your computer then this cuts down on the risk but its not foolproof. A lot depends on what you can do (if you speak more than 1 language, depending on the language maybe translation?), what you are willing to do and what software you have. Scribie.com is good for audio-transcription - but it doesn't pay that well. I've heard reviewstream is OK but a bit patchy if you like writing reviews.
