i don't like the way of death of Snape

i admire Snape who is a generous and has overall situation, but i feel his death is not worth candle. he sacrificed himself for harry and whole hogwarts, but he was easy to killed by dark lord, i figure it's better if he had opportunity to fight against dark lord to protect his perfect impression of princecharming, harry' mother. do you think it's a good point?

I'm a big Snape fan in the books. He is always saving Harry and his friends, and never getting any credit. I also felt that he was killed too easily. I wanted more from the scene. I wanted him to tell the Dark Lord off. In truth I wanted him to live, but if he couldn't survive the series, he should have had a good farewell.
