Considering that the three main religions warring with each other right now cannot decide for sure if they are worshiping the same Higher Power anyway, what is your point?
Allah is the ancient pagan arab moon god. So how can you stand there and point a finger at christians? So what if they are polytheist. Who gave anyone the right to stand in judgement of them?...a bunch of pagans?

Thanks for your reply.Actually there is only one God Almighty,Who can be called as " Allah" ,"Bhagwan" or any other name.....Basically there was only one religion from God Almighty, basing on Monotheism, which was named differently by those people who came after their Prophets.I think there is no harm if we do comparative study of all religions in a friendly manner.....

Thing is whilst Christianity is undoubtedly monotheistic, Islam is polytheistic. Heretically deifying Mohammed and the Quran
all the best urban

Seams to me to be just another rant about the soft monotheism of Christianity as opposed to the hard monotheism of Islam. Nothing new here, just the tired old song repeated again in a slightly different form.

Thanks for your reply. There is no "Soft Monotheism of Christianity",as you have written...In fact,it is clearly "Polytheism" because Christians never believe in one God Almighty. And Polytheism or Shirk is the biggest & only unforgivable sin in Islam. It was also the biggest sin in Christianity in the bigining but it was changed later on to allow Polytheism....

There is nothing really wrong with polytheism other than some silly religious pronouncements against it. Every person has the right to beleave as they feel is correct. No one can dictate what is the correct or incorrect belief. That being said, Christians consider themselves to be monotheistic so for all intents and purposes they are. No amount of name calling will change how they regard themselves.
There is not one god. There are as many gods as there are people to conceive the idea of a god or gods. The gods can only exists as they are conceived in the minds of man.
