when a person enter at the age of 37 how much he or she should eat the ground nuts

I could not say specifically for that age. But, for me, as I grow older, I could not eat ground nuts because of my teeth problem. Biting nuts very much hurts, unbearable, and could even make the teeth become loose. So, I have been staying away from eating nuts now.
