Every company wants 100% efficiency. It won't be incorrect to say that a lot depends on how employees of a company accomplish. Whether it is fabrication, quality, maintenance or the overall production, each and everything is worked upon and looked after by certain or the other employee. If some of them do not put in their best labors it shows on the final output. Certified recruitment agencies spend a hard time finding possible candidates for an appropriate role which indeed pay out in the output of the respective establishment. If the employee is not be suitable enough then it is clear to have a low productivity.

Personally sometimes though the people they think are trained or would do a Good job sometimes are not the Best as well. I know for instance when it comes to the job that I have now, I was denied my type of job from an Employment agency, and had to get the job another way. It is the same one I have been at now for 5 1/2 yrs. and have outlasted a lot of employees they brang in thru agencies as well. So many times they might consider these better candidates while leaving out others, but maybe there are some with less qualifications that might be able to handle these jobs as well?

I strongly 100% agree that having an employee that performs all the time is a huge success of a company. However how will you know that you are hiring a competent employee? Most of the time they will of course show their best during interviews whether its initial or final. Integrity, discipline, passion, dedication and sense of ownership are very vital values that a company should look for in hiring applicants.
