Pimples just really surprise me, it suddenly appears without anticipation. I thought that these are no longer common to women past their adolescence, but to my dismay, they can still irritate us. But they say the least that you ignore them, the fast they soon fade away. I just can't stand it seeing them, as I rarely have them now. Oh, please,,spare me! :)

I hear your pain. I keep waiting to grow out of mine, but I'm nearly 30 now and they still pop up all the time.
It's depressing. Especially when they're really obvious on your face and sometimes trying to cover them up makes them stand out even more!
I know I should leave them alone when they come up because picking them can make it worst or make them scar, but it's really hard to!

Although many people suffer from pimples only during the teenage years, pimples can occur through out adulthood, depending on your hormonal activity., heredity and hygiene. Some people have more severe cases of pimples than others and might need to see dermatologist for drastic improvements.
Don't pop up your pimples as it can cause infections. Do what you can do to prevent a breakout by establishing a skin care routine appropriate for your type of skin. Do not stay late at night. Try to sleep earlier. It is almost always that when you sleep late you will find mushrooms on your face the next morning when you wake up.
Drink more water. Stay away from oily stuffs. Moisturize your face after every 2 hours.

The same rules apply that did when you were a kid. Keep your face clean. Don't use makeup because it clogs your pores and use clearasil at night before you go to bed. If you still get pimples beware...You may get adult acne when you start menopause. You may have to go to a doctor then and get the antibiotics to prevent this when you get older.
