Is uploading.com paying or scam?

Hello friends, I have been using uploading.com for making my extra money. But, I am still having some doubts whether it pays or not. Are anyone here who are paid by this site. Please, tell me so that I can continue my work there or else I will stop and will try another option. I don't wanna waste my time if it is a scam. Thank you
