is kitybux scam?

in the last two days i can't open kitybux.com. it's very surprising because i believed that this site was going to be stable.it has a great design and looked trusted. it was now in prelaunch.
i am trying to find news why the site has gone but didn't find anything.
do you, members, know anything? read anything?

This site is new to me. Yes, there are many "bux" sites on the internet these days. I had joined a number of them, and had spent a lot of time on them. Some are legit, and some are not. But, they all take a long time to get to payout amounts.
