Well I recently joined a ptc site, but I don't know if its a scam.

I joined this ptc site, and every ad you click on you get 5 cents(0.5). I only clicked on 13 ads, and I checked how much money I have in my account and it says 50 dollars and 13 cents. The website is called 10bux.com If you've used this is it a scam? Should I go ahead and cash out?
