I can't do that one. But my friend done the trick. He got the Jaipur foot, so he removes the foot and kept it in his hand without bending his knees.

ya i agree thats a good exercise and if ur able to do that and if u keep on doing ur not gonna get fat i mean the stomach but it should be done in a proper way

Me too... i cant do that...anyways, if we yoga or similar kind of excercises, then we can easily do it one day, thats the sure...

i can do that. I am not fat. As i have seen most of the fat people cannot do that.

do you mean bend down when you stand up not bending my knee and touch your feet? or hold it? because i can touch my feets just fine, i cant hold my feet though, i have to work on that.

ya, it was way back in 2000, that all of this was possible. tried it a couple of times now and again its not happening. but as i have been on exersices looks like will able to do it with little practice.

yes i can.it is because i m an athlete.when the coach is standing before,there are no bends.you have to do it,at that time.

I can't . When I was younger I could do it but I guess since I am out of practice I can't do it anymore. If I practice, I think I will be able to do it again.
