How to find a good job?

Everybody wants to have a good job, which can be developed as his career of the whole life.Really, I hope I can have a good job too.So I quit the last job and hope I can find a good one.But I am waiting for a half and month,I am sitll waiting now.I am tired of being waiting and there are few big companies in this city, only some trade companies, because it is a seaside city. So do you think I should still wait for the good word chance or do the work not good enough?

I think you should find a job frist no matter the salary is match your requirement or not.Just make sure that company is a good one and have bright future.Then you can always show your ability during the work and got promotion. So just find one and start leaning you will be good;
