hello, my lotters. i wanna ask, what sports best suited to thin bodies? because i have a problem with my weight. please help me to slim down my body.

hi fajar. i have tips from my friend. it's hard but effective, without diet. you can jogging, at midday, and use rain coat. careful because this can make your stamina drop down with fast.

Jogging or brisk walking whichever is suitable for you is the best, and the simplest way to slimmer body. Just do it at least one hour every day and then of course you have to watch what you eat. You can eat but must be limited and must cut down on calories, fats and sweets. You have to drink lots of water to avoid getting hungry so that your stomach will not complain.

I guess it depends on what you can do and what you want to do. There's so many like, swimming, bowling, softball, bike riding, volley ball..??? Jeez there seems to be so many. If you are just trying to find a way to exercise, then walking would be free and easy.. it's really fun if you have a friend or neighbor that will walk too... soon it become girls hour as often as you want or can.. In nice weather you can walk outside..in rain or dark you can walk around the mall a couple times... Good luck, I hope you find something you like. I love walking in the woods..hehe (but not alone)

Hi mari, yes, i would rather choose to walk in places that are usually used exercise than walking the forest. although with my friends, i still afraid to walk in the woods.

Hi fajar, If you want to reduce your body weight, you need to exercise and control your diet. Now, instead of exercise, you can always take up sports. Most outdoor sports are good. Swimming is great for heavy exercise.
