Both complying and complaining are good if done in a reasonable and rational value. What I mean to say is that, complying and complaining are nothing but knowing your “Responsibilities and Rights” as a citizen. Till what extent you should comply with the responsibilities. And when you should invoke your rights is the crux of responsible citizenship.

Well, as a citizen it is a duty to comply with government rules and regulations but it is also my right to compalin. It depends on whta's going on with the government, its workings and how it affects the issues that concern me. Though it can be said as wholly subjecvtive, if I know that soemthing is amiss of wrong in the government and I have a basis for compalining, I will sure do. By complaining, i can point out for the problem and in long run, be part of teh solution.
As a citizen, it is a duty to comply to one's goevernment but certainyl not to teh extent of blind obedience, espeically in times when some wrongs are being done. Being vigialnt is not having the law in the your hands but knowing what you can do to change the sitaution for the better.

Sometimes I like complaining. And I have the same opinions.
No matter you comply or complain, we should own the same feeling that I like the country, the company or our home.
If I were a member of a company, I should just choose a way to solve the existing problems, maybe by complying or by complaining.
