Having difficulties using olx.com

I just recently signed up to olx.com to sell my products online. the problem is everytime I try to post an ad, it never appears is my profile and then it will turn out that my ad was never really published! I wasn't spamming I did not put any link to the ad so it won't be flagged but it's no effect. I always get the same result. can anybody tell me what's going on?
