What is the right time to drink water?

What is the right time to drink water? . 1. After eating , before eating ,while eating 2.While excersing,before excersing , after excersing I want the above 2 answers along with quantity(in ml or litres) what should be the time interval in drinking water in a day?.

In my opinion, its good to drink water in the morning when you wake up. Before and after meal is also a good thing. I read somewhere that drinking during eating is not good at all. The quantity you need every day depends on your weight and the weather. I have link to share for you to know how much water you need to drink in a day. You should drink water as much as possible.It's good for your health and makes you look younger.There is really not a perfect time to drink water:Just make sure you're not hydrated.Drink water as much as possible

I agree with you veedee but I think they say you need like 1 oz of water for ever 2 pounds of your weight. Like if you weigh 150 pounds you need at least 75 oz of water a day.

I drink 0.9 Oz of water while at work and that is a bottle of water. I also will drink one when i get home. I usually try and stick to drinking water as it has no carbs in it and im not taking up my daily carb limit by a soda or something that might have alot more carbs in it then water would. Im not sure if there is a right time to drink water but i suggest trying to only drink water and see what happens, you might like the results of it. Good luck

Drinking water before, after, and during physical activity is always important, especially in the heat when the body loses a lot of water. But as for drinking water with meals, it depends. People who overeat should drink water with meals, as it will help fill them up and also aids in digestion. I tend to get thirsty after meals, but if I drink too much during or before, I will not be able to eat well.

I don't have any idea about all the answers but i know one thing that after having some lunch or dinner never drink water immediately ....deink water after 1 or 2 hours...it makes you help digest the food superfast...
