Some questions

I signed up today and I have a lot of questions..
Where can I see my points?
If I respond to a discussion, where can I find the same discussion back so I'll know if I got a respond?
Is there a difference in making a discussion and responding to one? (Is making a discussion worth more points?)

Welcome to myLot!
You will see your repuation points beside your user name. Right now you have remy1180(7), Points are not factors of earnings here and if earnings is your concern you need to keep in mind that myLot is a discussion site. It is only a discussion when you come back and comment back to the responders.
You will earn very little for started discussions and unless you comment back to the responders do not expect to earn for the responses. The responders who place their quality responses are the ones who are earning.
Keep in mind that you type you earn and I type I earn.

Reason it is important to visit these links is that this will assure that you are following the guidelines and all the answers to questions you may have can be answered there instead of starting discussions and perhaps being misguided.
You can create discussions but remember your earnings will increase more if you comment back to the members. If you respond to others discussions with helpful and quality responses you earn for those as well.
