How come they were still healthy?

its really frustrating when you have a clean lifestyle, you eat right and you have no vices while some people out there abusing their bodies and doing the bad stuff and they were still healthy passing medical exams. Well i didn't have a medical exam but i have an operation because of a sickness i don't know why I get. It pisses me off to see a person smoking gazillion of cigars not having lung problems and other body abusing people staying healthy. Sorry if I feel this way but I felt like screaming but I cant.

Nope, you're right! It's throughly unfair. Unfortunately, the most pristine health comes from genetics, not a healthy lifestyle. The most pristine anything comes from genetics. Want acne-free skin? Best way to get it is to be born that way. Want a slim and trim figure? Best way to get it is to be born that way. Not to say that healthy living isn't important... it SO is! But that it's not the only factor, and there are some people who live as healthy as they can, and still loose the genetic lottery. Life's just unfair. But I'll sit here and complain about it with you.

yeah I know, its like people are destined to have health problems no matter what they do. It really sucks to have a crappy immune system. Why things have to be this way, i have to double my effort to stay healthy because of all that unfair disadvantage.

There are people who are genetically more inclined to have health problems, probably where you got your weak immune system. If I was in charge, then people would always have only what they worked hard for. But I'm not in charge. (and I don't really want to be either)

hello capt, Nice to see you again ..:) You are right, why people who are so health conscious suddenly becomes ill and having health problem when there are people out there who are so careless and never care about health ,yet, never had any fever or cold either. One thing I am sure...there is a reason, whatever reason is...only God knows. have a good day captain jaiho®

Do you really think they are healthy coz i do not think or believe that they are. They may seem to appear healthy because maybe they are not coughing badly or not bedridden yet, and they look like they are as healthy as a cow but time will come that what you see in the surface isn't what's happening in the inside of their body. There are people who can really put an act and pretend that ther's nothing wrong with them because they do not want to be blame for the consequence of their own actions. "I told you so" is a no-no. So, better hide the truth than be blamed for being careless about their own health. Don't worry , dear, they will soon pay their dues...

I guess they were healthier than me cos I'm more hospitalized then them but maybe its my stress levels that kills me. I love living no matter how hard. but those people dont value their health.

I completely understand! Life feels SO unfair sometimes - it is as if bad things happen to good people, and good things happen to bad people - it works that way all the time. Unfortunately this is a fact of life, and yes its ok to get angry about it, but at the end of the day the only thing we can do is to accept our fate and live the very best life that we can each day.

Some are born rich, some are born sick, some are born healthy. The healthy man will withstand some attack but the sick man will fall sick when the disease attacks. The wealthy man can spend lot of money when emergency comes and the poor man will suffer for want of money when emergency comes. Like that if your health is poor you will fall sick and you should undergo medical operation. It depends upon so many factors like your health, your wealth, your luck, etc. Yes ! life is more complicated. You must accept and you should not make any complaint. PLEASE UNDERSTAND.

Noone knows why things happen. We can blame it on destiny, if we want to, but all I know is that health and illness is not a question of crime and punishment. We must accept that we are mortal and at the most, endangering our health is a matter of statistics.

Hello captain, they maybe a healthy look now but wait for a couple of years, they won't last long because tthey abuse their body and wouldn't go as far as 50 or 60 years. my mom is at her 60s now . i think the smoke cause her to have sickness and asthma for years. fortunately, for me i don't smoke and i never tried.

I'm still traumatized with the spleen and appendix incident, I really believe I don't deserve it but I got it. I'm to obsessed with my health nowadays.

I believe it's a matter of luck! I know, it's not feat but this is the real life! It depends from your body, from the nature around. The People in Japan live longer and there are no fat people there, there are no problems with heart... It depends from the culture, the habits, your brain. When you really want to smoke, for example, you have to, you need to.

I completely understand what you mean. Life is just unfair sometimes, and I really wish that there were things we could do to change it ): I hate the problem with smoking too. I remember hearing that secondhand smoke is more dangerous than actually smoking, which is somewhat depressing. I try to be healthy and exercise, but find that I still don't have a healthy body due to genetics and whatnot. But my friends that eat junk food all the time and rarely exercise are perfectly healthy. It's infuriating!

I just dumped my smoking friends because of that, Secondhand smoking almost killed my mother from cancer, luckily she got cured because she detected its early age. Its really hard to expect what will happen next.
