a good nutrition is the key for a good health. balance your calories sources, and pick the right meals can even help you live longer. how many time we are hungry and decide to make a noodles soup than cook something quick, like green bananas, or other things that can be ready in minutes. when we don't eat correctly we feel weak and tired.

Yes, indeed, eating healthy food helps maintaining good health. Esepcially when one gets older, one needs to be very carefull not to eat those to which one is allergic to and effects health. Personally, with my high blood pressure, I have to be very careful not to eat salty foods.

That is so true. I really don't like noodles but i love eating fruits. I like bananas and grapes. I like drinking juice. I prefer to eat fresh vegetable salad rather than cooked vegetables for some reason.
I am aware that i am not eating healthy food but it's difficult to change my diet.

I know but i don't eat them all the time. My family likes only meat on the table, pork, beef and chicken. I couldn't go shopping for food as i don't leave the house because of my online class schedule and so my husband is doing all the grocery and he doesn't usually buy what i want. So i only eat what's on the table!

Eating banana is not bad at all. It is the best quick solution when starving and needs solution. Of course instant noodle soup can never be a healthy choice in starving moment. Anything instant when not natural is not good. Eating fruits could be instant but it is all natural so it is still good nutrition. It is better to eat just bunch of bananas than eating a burger and fries plate. Don't you think so?

a good healthy diet is important, but it is also important to eat big when you are hungry and not small because you think its healthier!!

Balance nutrition is important to keep our body in good function. The nutrients we get from the food we eat are like fuels to our body to maintain it's equilibrium. Our body needs complete vitamins and minerals to work. So, it is good to eat well, food with a good source of nutrients that are needed in our body. Our body works together in one, so if there is a problem in one part of the body the whole body will suffer.
