Working hung over...

What inspires you to go out drinking when you know fully well that you'll have to wake up and work a full-time shift the next day? I asked myself this SATURDAY morning as I worked 8-5 at my job after staying up until 1 AM (or later...can't remember) going on a bar crawl! I drank way too much and suffered through the next day completely. My only justification is that friends came down that I hadn't seen in a while... Do you ever do this, even though you KNOW you shouldn't? What's your justification?

It is hard to not hospitalize your friend if you haven't seen them for while, and they demands you to have a drink or two at that night, but you know full well you still have to work the next day. You just hope that you won't drink too much, or you might have a hang over next day. Maybe that is a excusable reason though. By the way, can you call in sick?

I guess that's just about the justification I could think of that would push me to drinking, and staying late before a full shift of work the following day. I think I wouldn't even do it with relatives. Just for friends that I haven't seen for a long time. And then I would be counting the minutes at work the following day.

Oh yes, I've done this many of times. Don't really have a justification though. Just that I like to party and have a good time. That's why I'm glad the job I have now I can work whenever I want. Makes things so much easier on me. Lol.
