For the past two years we have lived near and enjoyed going to a Chick Fil A restaurant. They have really good food that we enjoy a lot. The staff, including the manager and the owner of this franchise are very nice and polite. We are always greeted and our order taking very politely. If you are a regular customer,as we are, they usually remember what it is that you like. When my granddaughter was younger and I would take her in the restaurant in her stroller then. When our food is ready the carry it to the table for me.They do the same when my foot is hurting and I am limping.Last week I saw another customer come in limping. They asked him as she did me what was wrong and told us to go and sit at a table and that she would bring the food out to us. It is also very unusual for staff to walk around and ask customers if they would like refills on their drinks or need anything and if everything is alright. But,they do this at this restaurant. The place is spotless!Once a week a professional cleaner comes in cleans and sterilizes the children's play area, slides and tunnels. The bathroom's are cleaned a couple times a day. There is a person there who's sole job is to clean constantly, they are not aloud to stop.Even if they just cleaned the table, chair, counter or floor, they clean it over even thou it's not dirty. There are hand sanitizers in the bathrooms and by the childrens play room.If the cashier's do not have a customer at the counter then they are always out checking on eating customers needs and cleaning. The restaurant is always brightly decorated as well. The christian owner restaurant chain also plays christian music and is closed on Sundays. They also have a number of charities that help a number of people including children and families

hi dfollin . we do not have Chic Fil A restaurants here in 'southern California that I know of. but I was amazed at the local burger King when I still lived in Tustin. they also kept the place spotless and the burgers and fries were so much better and tastier than the local McDonald's there. I am partly handicapped too so the young men who worked the counter kept telling me to sit down. When my order was ready they would bring it and my friend Nelda's too. She is not handicapped exactly but has a heart condition.we used to meet there every Wednesday night to have dinner together and support each other in our daily doings with diabetes. I miss those meetings and the Burger King. it had been in Larwin Square for years but it closed six months ago as did half a dozen other small businesses in Larwin Square Mall. its the bad economy.so many people out of work cannot afford to buy anymore from these smaller stores so they shut down before they went bankrupt. the staff there knew us by name too.

Well not all Chick Fil A's are that curtious and clean. It is a christian based business. This franchise's owner is an oriental man, that is very nice and he came over to me and spoke with me when he found out that I was having a hard time. This is the only restaurant the I have seen where when the owner and his wife are there they wear store name tags just saying their names, not owner....showing off. They have been cashier's there, cooked, cleaned.I have been to other Chick Fil A restaurant's,same great food and christian music playing. I am sorry the great Burger King there had closed.

It's nice to hear being treated like a first rate customer in that restaurant. Well the owner is a Christian and that doesn't surprise me at all. They have maintained a very good customer service and are also involved in charitable institutions. I'm wishing that more restaurants would be like this, knowing how to care with their customers be it a frequent one or a new comer.

While most restaurants have outward decor and elegance the staff are often not well behaved and the food served of a much poor standard.

I been to the one in Calgary and it was yummy. I always get the smothered burrito which is so good. It's one of my favorite places when I go to Canada.

When,I go for breakfast I usually get my coffee first, then, get a side order of sausage gravy, hash browns and the have great orange juice with a cup of ice.At lunch or dinner I eat their chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and fries. If it's cold I will have their chicken soup instead.I love the carrot and raisin salad, which is more like a dessert.

I have heard that about that chain. I don't mind that they are not open on Sundays, in fact I like the idea since so many people believe in keeping that day for church related activities. There might be people who are not Christians that don't appreciate that they are closed on Sunday, but that is their problem. Each company can choose the days that they work. As long as they don't try to push their religion on the customers, they can play whatever music they like. It is good that they are so customer service oriented. Thanks for sharing!

I didn't realize what a following Chik Fil A had until they built one near us. (We used to eat at one in TX years ago and loved it!) For the grand opening, I was really surprised to see people camped out in tents with their kids for 2 days before it opened. I guess they give away free meals and people travel all over the US to attend the grand openings. I like them, but not that much. They are a step (or 2 or 6) above the other fast food restaurants.

Yes and this location has Tuesday night family nights, every Tuesday and the kids also get a free ice dream(ice cream cone)with the purchase of a kids meal. There is a play room there and each week they have another special activity, arts and crafts, puppet shows, bingo as well as other activities.During the summer they have a special event with moon bounces, fire trucks for children to see, picture taking for kids, lego blocks, games. At Halloween they have a party and all the staff dresses up,lol. It is fun! At Christmas they have breakfast with Santa Claus. On voting day,if you wear that sticker in to show that you voted you get a free sandwich. They have cow dress-up day for free food and other free food give away's. Wow,sleep in tents for 2 days! They must of had like the first 50 people will get a meal or something.

Wow!! This is awesome. I would Love to have a place like this to go too, as it would make for a great environment. To think they still take PRIDE in their work place and their customers. Something not many places even consider wanting to do anymore. It would be a joy to go somewhere like this to eat, and know that they are looking out for you like this. They should really be commended.

You don't find that much anymore. I wish there was more of them around. I would go.

That is rare. You almost never see it anymore. Most of the time, unless it's a sit down restaurant, or fine dining... you wouldn't get that kind of service especially in a fast food one like that. Where I live the restaurants aren't that nice. I'm glad to hear something positive abut custmore service considering that's gone down the drain. I mean really. It honestly has and it's a sad sight indeed.

My experience is entirely different. Most of the hotels are not maintained properly. The hall in which the food is served may be neat and clean. But the kitchen and other places which are not visible to our eyes may not be clean and those places will be dirty. All the business community have become money minded now a days and they will try will loot the public and the cost of the stuff will be abnormal.
