I have watched this movie at least a dozen times. It makes me wonder how many marriages fall apart because the couples dont know how to reconnect with each other. This movie starts off with the couple fighting to the point one asks for a divorce. The husband doesnt realize how far hes been pushing his wife away until its almost the end of their marriage. Things start to turn around when he is given a second chance to start over with his wife. My husband and I are constantly like this movie. We fight to the point one gets pushed away until we talk it out and things turn around for the better. We will sit down together and watch this movie and realize what were doing wrong and how to right the wrong in our marriage. So as the question asks..."do you think the movie fireproof sets a good example for your marriage"...I say yes it does because it has helped my husband and I reach our 1st year of marriage without wanting to call it quits.
