Good day mylotters! I would like to ask for some few good reasons to tell my parents cause i really want to end my tenure as a working scholar in a university cause i'm so damn pressured and tired of all the issues in our department and also i am having problems with my bosses. Hope you could give me some few good reasons cause ASAP! Thanks.

Sounds like you already know why you want to quit - the stress of it all! I think they'd understand if you are unhappy in your job, you deserve to find something you're passionate about! Good luck!

Just to be safe though, you may want to seek out other employment before ending what you have. If it's not a healthy work environment, you should definitely get out, but if you rush into a decision (how long have you been thinking about quitting?), you may regret it.
Like I said, good luck! I hope everything works out for you!

Hi totor. I'm sure your parents will understand the truth about your concern. Parents will understand their kids whether they like it or not because of their love for them.
Whatever the reason is, you must have a back-up plan to set in action which you should tell them also. Example, "Mom, Dad, I don't want to work in school anymore because I feel stressed with my working conditions but I've found an online job which can help me earn." And you'll need to stick to your focused plan so they can see that they don't need to check every decision you make.
Good luck.

You are basically stressed out. Maybe you need time relax or find a hobby that could relieve you of your stress.
