Hold peep is bad for your heath

I travel a lot by air and only when the plane is starting to move or landing is when they don´t let you out of your seat. Grownups usually know how long they can hold their pees and I would go to the loo just before taking the plane (there are good toilets in every airport. Then you just have to wait until the plane is in the air. If you have to go to the tilet every 10 minutes, then you have a medical problem and should see a doctor.

Holding when we want to pee will never do good in us it will create kidney stones in our body.As much as possible we should avoid holding it and we have to go to the bathroom if we had the urge to pee.We should cooperate what our body is telling us before it's too late.

If the plane lands with someone in the bathroom they could lose their license. What kills me is when people wait until the last minute to go especially if it's a long flight. They had two hours to use the bathroom but they have to get up at the last minute. Look it's your kidneys if you have to go you have to go. We can only make the announcement we can't physically stop you from going to the bathroom. If you know you are going to be going don't drink anything before you get on the plan or when you are one the plane so you won't have to be in a situation where you have to hold it. Hi kwylima Yes it is really really bad. It also happened to me once in the plane also. I told the stewardess that i really really have to go to the bathroom. She said to wait for the plane to settle. So i said i really really have to. She said no. So i told her that if i get urinary tract infections or kidney stone, they will pay for my treatment... or i will pee in my seat ( its ok with me cause i have extra clothes in my hand bag..... So they allow me. hehehe
